Guest Count More guests require more bartenders, more ingredients, more equipment, and more time.
Event Duration A 3-hour reception has different needs than a 6-hour celebration with multiple service periods.
Cocktail Complexity Two simple, elegant cocktails cost less than four intricate drinks with house-made ingredients and elaborate garnishes.
Specialty Elements Custom ice programs, interactive experiences, unique ingredients, and elevated presentations add to the investment.
Service Level The ratio of bartenders to guests, the level of interaction, and the style of service all factor into pricing.
Location Events within our primary service area (Dayton) have no travel fees. Events outside these areas may include travel costs.
What's Always Included:

What Can Be Separate:
Alcohol (We are happy to take care of ordering, pick-up, and delivery for alcohol for the event, this does typically incur a surcharge. We can also provide a list of what to purchase and the relevant vendors if you prefer to take care of this yourself.)
General Investment Range: Most events fall between $2,500-$5,000 (not including alcohol) depending on the factors above. Larger or more elaborate events can exceed this range.
